Waco Transit reminds citizens of free Safe Ride Home for New Year’s Eve

Waco, TX – The City of Waco announced that the Waco Transit System will provide free rides through its Safe Ride Home program this New Year’s Eve.

According to city officials, the service will operate from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., allowing residents to celebrate safely and responsibly.

Those wishing to use the service can schedule a ride by calling (254) 750-1620.

Officials thanked Waco Transit System for continuing to offer the free program each year, helping ensure community members can enjoy the holiday safely.
