Houston, TX – Investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Rickey Brown, who is wanted on a felony illegal dumping charge.
According to authorities, Brown is accused of illegally dumping approximately 2,200 cubic feet of trash on Hamblen Road.
The case is being investigated by the Houston Police Department’s Environmental Investigations Squad, which is seeking information on Brown’s whereabouts.
