Texas City, TX – Students from Texas City High School and La Marque High School visited Station 4 and the Texas City Fire Department (TCFD) Training Field for a hands-on introduction to the fire service.
The visit gave students enrolled in the Fire Academy Program the opportunity to experience real-world firefighter training, learn about equipment and operations, and gain insight into what it takes to serve as a firefighter in their community.
Firefighters and instructors guided the training exercises, offering mentorship and sharing professional experience with students considering future careers in emergency services.
The Texas City Fire Department thanked all personnel involved for taking time to support and inspire the next generation of first responders.
