Killeen, TX – The Killeen Police Department announced that Officer Blair received the Director’s Award from the Texas Department of Public Safety for his actions during a life-threatening situation at the Killeen Mall on Dec. 21, 2024.
According to the department, Officer Blair was recognized for his quick actions and professionalism during the incident, which officials said helped save lives.
The department praised the officer’s courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting the Killeen community, adding that his actions represent the best of the agency.
Officials also thanked him for his service to the community.
