Waco Police Seek Help in Identifying Hit-and-Run Suspect Involved in November 25 Incident

Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash on November 25. Authorities believe the suspect was on their way to work when the incident occurred at approximately 5:27 a.m. The victim, a 45-year-old male, was struck in the crash but is expected to survive his injuries.

According to Special Crimes Detectives, the suspect vehicle has been identified, though the driver remains at large. Police are focusing on locating a vehicle that may have sustained damage to its passenger side as a result of the crash. The department is urging anyone who might have seen a vehicle matching this description or has other relevant information to come forward.

“We need the community’s help in identifying the suspect and locating the vehicle involved in this serious incident,” said a Waco Police spokesperson. “Any information, no matter how small, could assist us in solving this case.”

Waco Police are urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, or anyone with knowledge of a vehicle with possible damage matching the description, to contact the department immediately. Those with information can call the Waco Police Department at 254-750-7500. Tips may also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 254-753-HELP (4357).

The Waco Police Department continues to investigate the crash and is working diligently to hold the responsible party accountable.

If you have any information, police encourage you to come forward and assist with this ongoing investigation.
