Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department and surrounding McLennan County agencies will participate in the annual Peace Officer Memorial Service scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026.
The service will take place at 10:00 a.m. at the Peace Officer Memorial Plaza in Indian Spring Park.
The event is held to honor law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
Officials invited members of the community to attend the memorial, noting that public support helps recognize the sacrifice made by fallen officers and their families.
The department said the ceremony will serve as a time of remembrance and reflection for both law enforcement and the community.
