Houston, TX – The Houston Police Department highlighted several outreach and community engagement efforts carried out by officers and employees over the past week.
According to the department, personnel participated in Positive Interaction Program (PIP) meetings, connected with local pastors, and helped law enforcement officers navigate stress-related challenges while continuing to provide support and resources throughout the community.
The department said the outreach efforts were part of its ongoing mission to strengthen relationships with residents and community leaders across Houston.
