WFD crews from Station #12 remind citizens to consider adopting shelter animals after spending time with adoptable dog Harley Quinn

Waco, TX – The City of Waco is encouraging residents to consider adoption by featuring Harley Quinn, a dog currently available at the Pet Circle Regional Animal Center.

Harley Quinn, estimated to be around five years old, was described as a calm and affectionate companion who enjoys relaxed days and spending time with people.

Shelter staff noted that she is dog-friendly, good with children, and enjoys gentle play as well as quiet moments.

Officials said the dog’s temperament makes her a strong fit for families seeking a dependable and easygoing pet, adding that she continues to show a playful and loving personality despite her age.

The animal center, located on Circle Road, is open throughout the week with varying hours for visitors interested in meeting adoptable pets.

The city also expressed appreciation to Waco Fire Station #12 for visiting the shelter and spending time with Harley Quinn, helping bring attention to animals in need of homes.
